Marketing Manager

ProductionHUB is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team. We’re looking for an experienced and versatile marketing manager who is hungry to grow our brand while maintaining relationships with our current client base. Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while overseeing and creating strategies to grow our reach. They will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs. Responsibilities

- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our website
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Create and edit all brand messaging for the website, social media channels and other marketing collateral
- Analyze and optimize conversion funnels to improve website processes
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, freelancers and vendors
- Serve as Editor for the company newsletter that reaches an audience of over 95k people
- Edit and curate content for ProductionHUB’s blog
- Represent ProductionHUB at industry trade shows and other events

Experience

- At least 3 years experience in a marketing role
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Experience with Graphic Design, UX Strategy and Social Media Management is a huge plus
