Associate Producer

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB

Looking for an experienced content creator who is invested shooting, editing, and producing premium, multi-platform, sports content, ideally focusing on golf (the game, the news, the tour, the players, the courses). Shooting and editing, photography, are the primary function of this role, but elevating the game, the lifestyle, and creating content around the personalities and history of the game are what this role entails. This professional will play a key role in the entire content process, from ideation, development, manage and grow our content roadmap. We don’t just want sports fans, we want golf fans who love making multiplatform stylish content.
The ideal candidate is experienced in digital video creation and production: short-form, mid-form and long-form. As part of a media brand, you are able to handle multiple timelines and projects simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will be a creative, proactive, innovative content enthusiast. We work in sports, golf, and entertainment, but we like good ideas from any vertical.

Responsibilities:
• Create, manage, produce, and publish video/photo/pod concepts including development, planning, production (camera and audio), scripting, and video editing
• Track productions from ideation to prep, budget, creation, post, distribution and analytics
• Manage publishing process to ensure content is optimized across multiple platforms
• Identify and source 3rd party crew when needed
• Be immersed in digital video industry trends to help ensure our slate of franchises stays ahead of the curve
• Adept with variety of shooting environments, from 2 camera set ups to more premium looks where lighting & cinematography are important. Comfortable capturing clean audio while simultaneously filming.
• Very detail oriented & organized
• Experienced in Final Cut Pro X and capable of handling all sides of post production: from organizing footage, to assembly of stringouts & final deliverables. Capable of color grading & mixing audio.
