Production Lead/Request Coordinator

ProductionHUB is looking for a detail-oriented, Production Project Coordination Specialist to join our team. Our ideal candidate has a background in television, film, theater, commercial or corporate video production, and a well-rounded working knowledge of the industry. Previous production coordination in the media or entertainment industry is a plus.

Your primary role will be to represent our brand in a positive way to the members of our online community and to help verify their needs on our platform. We've found that one of the best ways to connect with people is through traditional phone calls. We spend a lot of time talking to our clients/vendors on the phone, as well as face-to-face at industry events and trade shows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

✧ Review and verify crew and vendor requests.
✧ Build and maintain relationships with clients in need of crew, vendors, equipment or facilities for their productions and live events.
✧ Call and email users to assist them with the process of posting, verifying, managing and closing their crew/vendor requests.
✧ Answer incoming calls phones and handle email inquiries as needed.
✧ Edit job postings and project requests for clarity, quality-control and employer privacy.
✧ Troubleshoot common issues (user login, user verification, editing postings, etc.)
✧ Provide excellent service to users through personalized assistance and customized responses.
✧ Educate ProductionHUB users on the various other services we offer, based on their needs.
✧ Develop and implement process improvements for users and admin.
✧ Support our in-house Production Managers, Production Coordinators, Jobs Specialist, Account Managers and Social Media team on special projects as needed.
