Special FX MUA - Cincinnati, OH - 7/02

Hello,

My name is Jude, I am a student here in Cincinnati and a music artist. I am shooting the cover for an album this Saturday & am in need of some special fx makeup. This would be a very minor, easy job and I do not expect it would take more than an hour -- it will take place local in Cincinnati. The purpose of the makeup is to be more aesthetic in nature than gruesomely realistic, so the simpler and easier it is, the better for both of us! I am on a college budget and want to be respectful of your time and expertise. I hope to minimize the time you need to spend on site and the extent of work to manage this budget the considerably.
